Where our ideas start:
At TTS, we aim to bring both educators and children great materials that meet the needs of 21st century learning. To do this, we develop resources that will support, engage and inspire children of all ages at every stage of their education. We update our systems, approaches, testing and manufacturing techniques to mirror the ever-changing educational sector. This is our inspiration and an integral part of our trusted brand identity.
What motivates us?
As technology and learning resources increase and improve, we know it’s important that every child develops the abilities to use everything to its full potential. We pride ourselves on being able to listen to what educators need and to then transform those needs into quality products that will both engage pupils and support learning.
For over three decades, we have worked in long-standing partnerships with hundreds of educators to develop resources that are well researched, well built and robust enough to stand the test of time. This means we can reduce waste by providing products that will be cherished by both current and future generations of children.
Our focus has always been on getting it right for the child with products that have enduring appeal. To do this, we travel extensively to ensure that we understand any global requirements, adapt as situations change and then incorporate the knowledge gleaned into our resources.
Our development journey:
We carefully think through every step of the development journey. What starts as a germ of an idea is fully considered and thoroughly researched with experts in their fields from around the world.
We never compromise on our high standards as we believe that the child is at the centre of everything we do. All products need to be right for them and have the power to make a real difference to their education. First and foremost, it’s important that every design benefits the skills of individual children and impacts their learning in a positive way.
Our goal is to create new possibilities by approaching learning in a unique way. We don’t follow the pack, we lead it. We want to be different and bring our customers new, original, exciting and thought-provoking ways of accessing this learning. We do this by employing specialist educationalists along with designers and researchers to bring our ideas to life.
As we only develop resources for the educational market, we can concentrate on creating new possibilities and ways to approach learning. We don’t rest on our laurels though. We continually monitor, question and evaluate every product and look for new challenges and opportunities in order to provide even better outcomes. As the educational sector changes so do we.
