Quality assurance:
Every product we design and manufacture has to conform to our self-imposed high standards. Anything less than perfect is just not good enough. To ensure that all our quality products comply, we carry out rigorous testing during the manufacturing process and then re-test them when they arrive with us to ensure they still do.
What tests are carried out?
We develop our products in consultation with industry experts on safety standards to make sure they can be used and enjoyed risk-free. We also work with an internationally renowned test house who can confirm that they are compliant with both European and British standards. This confirms that each product can withstand everything a busy environment can throw at it – time and time again.
But it doesn’t stop there. Because all our products are designed with the end user in mind, we also test them in the setting where they’ll be used. Our testers can then send us feedback which we take on board and use to shape the final design.
Our quality guarantee:
We never compromise on quality or safety. If we aren’t happy with a product it just won’t make the cut. If a product that is needed doesn’t exist, we’ll create it.
